Walk & Talk at Borden Nature Reserve 🚶‍♂️

Your local Officer PC Ryan Atherton is hosting a Walk & Talk event at Borden Nature Reserve, and we’d really value your input.

This session is focused on:

Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) – helping us better understand how safe people feel in the area, particularly when using local green spaces

Wildlife crime concerns – including any issues or suspicious activity you may have seen within the reserve

This informal walk gives you the chance to: ✅ Speak directly with local officers
✅ Share your experiences, concerns, or ideas
✅ Help shape how we patrol and protect the area

📍 Location: Borden Nature Reserve - Look for the marked police vehicle parked at the entrance on Cryalls Lane.
🗓 Date/Time: 05/07/2026 1600 - 1700 hrs

Whether you walk regularly, visit occasionally, or have concerns you’d like to raise, your voice matters. Together we can make our community safer for everyone.

Please note: due to policing demand, it is possible the event may need to be cancelled at short notice. However, I will do everything I can to attend as planned.
